DHP Marbella 3-Seater Sofa Couch, Living Room Furniture, Green Velvet

This was easy to put together! Took me 20 minutes by myself to unpack and put together with no tools just my hands. Very comfortable and nice looking. Would not want kids jumping or romping on it though I think it would not hold up to that. Just sitting or laying on it to watch tv is fine. Looks very nice in the room. I am 55 years old and not in good shape and I was able to slide it in the house and unpack it and put together in 20 minutes.

I got this couch to put in the waiting area of my office hoping it would be sturdy enough for moderate use. Upon arrival I stored it in my private office for a few days until a weekend so I could assemble it during a day when nobody else was there. I assembled it alone and it took about 30 minutes. It likely would have gone quicker with another person. The parts were all packed efficiently. Assembly instructions were surprisingly clear with the pictures and assembly could have been done intuitively. The most difficult part was connecting the side to the seat. There are 3 slots for inserting tabs into. Some of the tabs were tight and had to be slightly bent out to accommodate the slots. Once that was done assembly was fairly easy. I turned the couch seat upside down and some waiting room chairs and slid the arms into place. Once I turned the couch over the seated and were firm. Next I slid the back into place. That was a little more challenging because it was awkward to do alone. As mentioned earlier it would likely have been easier with a partner. Once everything was in place the back cover velcroed into place and made the couch neat appearing. But the true test is comfort. I sat on the couch and it was firm with an upright back. Not a lot of give in the back but firm and comfortable. I have had several clients who have utilized this over the standar office chairs and they all seem to really like it (I always ask). I could see this working in a home but especially a college apartment due to the portability. It would be relatively easy to disassemble and move from one location to another if needed. Another feature I like it is have pads on the bottom of the legs to insure no damage to hardwood flooring. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it.
