Very heavy item close to 100 pounds. It came in 4 pieces (2 rectangular foam, and 2 armrest foams, plus the metal support.) My wife unpacked the sealed plastic package. Unfortunately, she sliced a foot gash in bottom of mattress so it wasn't noticeable. I mention this not to blame her, but packaging could be made easier to open. There wasn't much space to cut the package. It self inflated to the expected size. The corduroy fabric was thick probably will last long. The sofa inflated well there were not wrinkles. very smooth fit all around. The only concern about these self inflating furniture is the warning label saying it might be harmful to health, i.e. carcinogenic? Let's see if tumor develops in near future.

This sofa is much bigger and heavier than I expected. I put it on the guest bedroom , so m it can be used as a comfortable sofa as well as a bed that it will not take up much space. The cover is soft and nice, it's a combination sofa, so it can change to a double bed. It's the same feeling to sleep on a mattress. What an amazing shopping!
