LifeSmart 60 Inch Media Fireplace

This Lifesmart Fireplace is very nice. It is quite a stand out piece of furniture and makes my home look cozier. It is very heavy, so I put it on a furniture dolly with another person and rolled it to its place. I like the multipurpose aspect of it. It's a fireplace, and shelving unit for décor, books, media, etc. The faux layered stone is great quality & looks real. I like the crown molding around the base of the fireplace and under the bottom shelf. It's in a medium to dark shade of faux wood. It comes assembled except the top shelf which is quick & easy. I like that it runs almost the full length of the fireplace, so there's a lot of shelf room for a full sized flat screen TV. I think that is why it is low profile to compensate for the height of a TV. The inconvenient part of assembly was removing the piece of foam that was inside the fireplace. You have to unscrew the glass face of the fireplace to remove it. The heat comes out of a vent in the front & it heats up quickly and warms up a large room. The remote control is convenient. I like the portable feature of it, so it can be moved. It works great. I would recommend it.

The Lifesmart fireplace is Beautiful! First putting it together was simple! All you need is a screwdriver to open the glass from to remove the styrofoam packing. To assemble the shelf it basically came with built-in tools to do its assembly. It took all of 5 minutes and only one person. Once it was assembled all I had to do was plug it in to make it work and put batteries in the remote. I have put this beautiful fireplace/tv stand in my dining room. At this time we are choosing not to put a TV on it because our TV sound went out. We will eventually put a TV on it but for now, we are enjoying just having the beauty of the glow of the fire instead of the glow of the TV. The fireplace warms our fairly large room within about 20 minutes and the heat goes out into the rest of the house. it has been nice not having to run the heater that uses gas. It has a timer that allows us to control the temp. You can also control the colors and also how your flames look. It has added so much to our space and we are loving it.
