This was a very solid bookcase that is solid and had ability to hold heavy books. The downside is that the back is cardboard with clear tape, and i have this against a railing on my balcony, so it's visible.

I have bought a total of three of these for the house and am quite pleased with them. They are handy and assembly is pretty easy, as long as you follow the instructions and are reasonably dexterous with your hands. Took me about a half hour to assemble.
