The Chelsea Home Furniture Twin Over Twin Mission Bunk Bed In Espresso is a clean, simple and contemporary solution for the bedrooms in your home. Wood knots and variations in the grain add to the natural beauty of the wood, and a built-in ladder offers easy access to the top bunk. The overall dimensions of the bed are 61.5"H x 78"W x 41.5"D. Mattress and bedding not included.

- Includes bed frame, slats, and ladder.
- Constructed of solid pine wood for strength and durability.
- Stain is finished by hand with a 3 step process to compliment the natural wood grain.
- Product warranty of 1 year from date of purchase. We will replace manufacturer defective parts at no charge. Please be advised that pine characteristics such as knots, cracks and grain color will vary from each piece of wood.
- Warning: Falling hazard, bunk beds should be used by children 6 years of age and older!
