I just received this chef-man microwave today I must say I just love the handle and don't mind the trigger button at all. Our microwave cubby is set back into the wall under the cabinets. other microwaves I've had opened by pushing a button which was annoying because the microwave would move back each time I pushed and also I wonder about me having a straight thumb with not much of a finger pad just made it uncomfortable to push because my thumbnail would hit first. I'm getting up in years now so my joints in my hands are sensitive. So far I really like it.
