Exactly what I ordered for pickup. Was surprised when it wasn't available I received a message that it would be delivered from my local store 14 miles away to my home. Walmart did good in trying to get my order to me as I didn't know we had a store delivery to my town option. They messed up when they only put a first initial and a last name with NO address on the package. How is a delivery person supposed to find the correct address like that? The delivery lady scanned an address from the app order and followed the GPS which took her to a wrong address. She left the package without ringing the bell or the person could have told her it wasn't her package. Drivers should be told to read the address on the package, street, doors mailbox s, etc. before leaving a package as the GPS in our neighborhood is not correct. No one could know where the package should go without the necessary information on the package. Some neighbors will take a package to their neighbor but that can't be done with no way to verify the name or address. This situation needs to be looked into right away to avoid people never getting their packages. If it hadn't been for Mohammad on the phone from Walmart being persistent with the driver that was rude with him, I wouldn't have gotten my package. It took hours to get it to me after it was delivered to the wrong place. The product is great. Delivery not so great.
