Great fan!!!

I was not expecting such a high quality fan from this manufacturer. And it's big fan for being a table fan. It's got a nice heavy base so you don't have to worry about it tipping over or being knocked over. I've got it a couple times with my arm and it didn't even budge. It blows air very well even on low that being said this isn't the quietist of fans even on low. Not noisy but you can hear it. It rotates back and forth quietly no vibrations or rocking. The switch is old times type with three fan speeds. It's all metal not cheap plastic. The base I was worried would scratch my table top but it has several rubber feet under the metal base so it won't scratch anything. The cord is pretty long so you could put it anywhere and it would reach no problem it's also a nice fabric covered cord something you don't normally see in any fans. All in all I am VERY pleased with this fan and hope to get many years of use out of it

Retro Design and Outstanding Cooling Performance

The Better Homes and Gardens Retro Fan adds visual design flair to a room without sacrificing function.  This is a well made fan.  I am very pleased with everything - the look (mine is oil rubbed bronze), the feel, sufficient air movement and the sound level. The hefty metal frame keeps the fan stable so the air whooshing sound is light and consistent (when fan speed is moved from 1 to 3 the noise level will increase, but nothing annoying) I have found that even on the lowest setting of 1, the air movement and cooling effect is outstanding. Perfect fan for table top use.  Size of the cage measures 15",  Base measures 8"  Blades measure 6" each. Total fan height is 18" Fabric covered cord (with built in fuse)  length  72" Decorative control for fan speed is located on the bottom front of the fan base. This is a convenient location if the back of your fan faces a wall. Three speeds, adjustable tilt and optional oscillating feature   allows  infinite options for comfort.  Fan cage has a handle located top back  for easy portability. This is a great fan in its retro looks, the sound level and its efficiency of air movement.  Comes in several color choices to match any decor.

A Versatile, Attractive Fan

5/8/21 The 12" Retro Table Fan With Fabric Cord in Pearl Color will be very useful in circulating the air in my computer alcove. This is Model SFDRO-300BPT and it has 3 fan speeds - low, medium and high. The fan has metal blades, which circulate air better than plastic blades. The fan can be set to oscillate or not oscillate, and can be set at different angles. This is a sturdy fan, weighing approx. 10 pounds.
