Boss Office Products B307 Task Chairs

I had to purchase 2 of these chairs before getting one that would assemble properly. The drilled holes on first chair bottom weren't aligned with the lever assembly's holes. So out of 4 bolts, one bolt would not screw in. After calling the chair manufacturer, and on their advice, I purchased a second chair that did not have this problem. The manufacturer said they had heard of this problem before and assured me the next chair would probably be okay. It is, and I am very happy I have a comfortable chair at my computer desk! The arms are also padded which I did not read in the chair's online description.
