All I did was call the manufacturer and they shipped it out to me right away! Seems like no one has that kind of customer service these days! I love these so far but I ordered them too late to plant flowers in them this year. My only suggestion for the manufacturers is that there needs to be some built in hooks to anchor them down. We live where it is super windy and we placed them on huge pine tree rounds to level them and then drilled hooks into the wood and ratchet strapped them down. They aren't as ascetically pleasing as I would like but at least they are secured! I'll have to keep looking for some ratchet straps that match better Thank you for the wonderful price and service!
