Working great so far, works as described. I did accidentally hit the bottom spout and knock it loose, my husband was able to repair it. Looks great with my rain chain, we get a lot of compliments. I could not put flowers in the top, when it's full it would drown them, it fills up with the rain barrel. Not a concern for me.

I like how this rain barrel looks and it's large size. It holds a large amount of rain water. It has a screen over half the top where rain water enters, to prevent insects and debri from entering the water. We drilled tiny holes in the planter part of the top to allow rain water to drain since we won't be using it as a planter. Very happy with it.
