It works fine, build quality questionable.

Product appearance is nice, and it will work fine for my needs. I was disappointed by the build quality and pre-assembly on some parts. It definitely feels cheap and does not have as much structural support as I was hoping for. I added some corner bracing to stiffen it up. In the pics below, You can see that one of the doors, the pre-drilled holes are on the wrong side of the wood, and one of the mitered joints was split when I unboxed it. Neither are completely detrimental to the function of the cabinet, so I decided to keep it. We are using it for storage under our covered patio to store kids outdoor crafts. For that purpose, I think it will work fine. Note that many of the holes were not pre-drilled. requiring manual alignment and double checking before assembly. Please do not overtighten the screws when attaching! It is not a dense wood, and will split if overtorqued.

LACK OF RESPONSE FROM COMPANY REGARDING RETURNS

Package arrived damaged. After unloading all parts; there were multiple pieces with wood shredded or damaged. I immediately contacted Walmart who then sent info to Aiho company to discuss return and/or replacement. I rec'd an email from Aiho asking for pictures with details. I sent the pictures and details within a couple days of their email. That was the last email I rec'd from this company. It has been a month since this product was sent and still no reply from the Aiho company!!! I wish I would have known this purchasing this from Walmart wast coming from a 3rd party company out of the United States. Customer Service is void and the lack of response just shows that I'm dealing with the process of "ignore until problem goes away". I will definitely consider this next time I order online.
