shed arrived in one box, aprox 90lbs. all pieces accounted for and took one person about 8 hours to assemble. the metal is very thin but everything lined up right and was easily assembled. it does not come with a floor. I cut 3/4" pressure treated plywood and put 8 screws 1" long to attach floor to shed. theres a few holes in yhe bottom rail to attach the wood easily. do not attempt to assemble if the wind is more than 10 mph or you will have bent metal. the shed is very thin. i also cut and attached 1/2" plywood to the inside of shed held in place with a few screws and nuts. the shed now is sturdy and looks really nice. i dont know if would hold much weight such as a heavy snow load but i will find out soon enough. overall for the price and as someone who's built several wooden sheds i think this is a good buy for the average homeowner to put lawnmower, extra grill propane tanks or gardening supplies. it did rain hard yesterday and surprisingly it was dry inside. I would recommend this shed but please add the floor and sturdy up the walls or this thing will be a mile away in a wind storm. dont expect anything fancy but i do recommend it. if if can last this winter in the snow belt id say it should last a few years.
