Great simple shed

My wife and I wanted a simple garden tool shed to fit our hand tools, lawn mower, etc into. We decided on this unit based on its simplicity and inexpensive cost. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the kit pieces. Love that it has a lock latch. Not that it's a robust latch, but this unit is inside my locked fenced yard and it provides a little bit of resistance to thievery. Assembly took me appx 1 hour by myself. Not overly difficult. It has a nice amount of space inside and fits all our tools easily. I attached it to a small concrete pad to keep it from being a wind worry. I also built a wood rack inside it to hold all the tools as you cannot mount screws/hooks/shelves to the metal. I only gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons 1) the instructions don't have any descriptive words for what you are doing during assembly. They only have pictures with numbers/letters for the pieces you're putting together. At times, it is a little tougher to figure out. Overall not terrible 2) the small washers that are designed to make the top sealed don't keep water out. I used a simple fix to make it nice and waterproofed. I put a dab of clear silicone caulk over each of the small screws on the roof to seal it. Now it's nice and dry inside. Overall, it's a great little unit
