Athletic Works Women's ButterCore Compression Leggings with Drawstring, 7/8 Length, Sizes XS-XXXL

When it comes to leggings, I typically wear either a medium or large. I had ordered a size medium in these leggings and they fit well, therefore, I believe they fit true to size. When I took them out of the box, they looked like they were a size small and would not fit yet I had absolutely no issues putting them on. I am 5'5” tall with a 32” waist. They are extra soft and extremely comfortable.

I purchased the Athletic Works ButterCore Compression pants in a Small for my daughter. She's 5'3" and approximately 100lbs, and these fit perfectly. They are soft and have great stretch, but the drawstring is a little weird. It is extremely long, and is more like a hard shoelace (think boot laces) than a typical pants drawstring. The waist comes up really high, but folds over well. We figured out that a simple knot, then tucking it under the folded over waistband worked better than tying a bow. The color is such a great neutral. I would give these a 4 1/2 if I could, but they are way too comfortable to deduct a whole star.
