I've tried many costly electric foot massagers: Revitive, Sylphim, Med, Conair and none have worked as well as this Black Mountain Products 3.5" spiked ball. My hands are beyond repair with the advanced rheumatoid arthritis, but my feet love this little, inexpensive ball! It has helped to stretch tendons throughout the soles of my feet, from heal to toe. I suspect that it would do wonders for my upper legs, but I first need to find a way to stimulate my gnarled hands. THANK YOU, MOUNTAIN PRODUCTS!
