I love that you can remove the handles. This is a lot of space in the cabinets. My only recommendation is to be able to keep the handles on while cooking. The directions mentioned you should remove the handle while cooking to prevent from melting. It does take some getting used to, not being able to hold the skillet while cooking, but I still love these pans. They are beautiful and dishwasher safe
