COVERGIRL Exhibitionist Mascara Primer, True Blue, 0.3 oz

First of all I'm so impressed with the fact that Covergirl has gone cruelty free and was so excited to receive this mascara complementary from Influenster! Like any new mascara it was very wet for the first few uses but quickly became dry, albeit a little too dry and prone to clumping. However, it is very dark and does accentuate your lashes and is good for the price

I first want to start off by saying that I enjoy most covergirl mascaras, but this one is kind of in the middle range for me. Affordable price point, but it's nothing special, at least for me. I'm usually not a fan of the hourglass shaped brushes on mascaras, because I have short eyelashes, and I find that most of the mascara ends up on my eyelids LOL. This one is okay though, but I found application a lot easier when I brushed off most of the excess mascara before applying. The formula is quite dry, so I found if I didn't do that, it got clumpy really fast. It did a good job for volume and a bit of length, but again, nothing that any other mascara couldn't do. Staying power was good though, didn't notice any flaking or smudging throughout the day.
