the only thing i hate is the constant sqeeking and noise it makes whenever i move the slightest bit. Other than that I absolutely LOVE MY CHAIR!!! ITS SO COMFORTABLE AND GOOD LUMBAR!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND even though the noise is very extremely bothersome. i will have to figure something out for that part.

I really like it, it's plenty of room and the foot rest and adjustable head rest as well as the reclining feature and the lumbar support are very cool. The actual seat is rather hard almost feels like sitting on a board, this is why I knocked it down a star. The way the back attaches to the chair seems a little flimsy for a 5oo lb. rated chair but time will tell on that point. The biggest problem I have found on almost every office or gaming chair is the hydraulic ram that sets the height seem to leak after a few months of use.
