Narrow seat. FLIMSY arms.
This chair seems pretty solid. Except the arms. They are EXTREMELY flimsy. There are no provided washers for the bolts so their connections are precarious at best. I think the 350Lb rating on this chair is disingenuous at best. I like the pillows for lumbar and neck support. However, even though this chair is rated for 350Lbs the seat is quite narrow. The sides dig into my hips. I'm 6'2" 246Lbs. Not exactly super obese. So, I had my wife and daughter sit in it and the sides dig into them as well. All in all, I give it a 2 star rating because the arms are flimsy, the seat is not accommodating and the hardware is subpar. I don't foresee this chair lasting more than 9 months to a year at best. If you buy this item, be sure to get the warranty. It's materials are suspect.
