Very happy with the phone, packaging and timeliness of delivery! Had to purchase at last minute as daughter was traveling abroad and needed an external sim card, not esim, and iPhone 14 and newer can't accommodate that. (Go figure) got an iPhone 11 for an incredible price! Will be telling parents on the Flown Abroad FB page!

My iPhone 11 arrived quickly and an excellent condition. After setting up the transfer from my old phone, I noticed that sometimes I press the screen up in the top left corner and nothing happens sometimes elsewhere, but I wasn't sure if this is an iOS glitch or a hardware issue. I put it in the protective case and put the screen protector on and rub out all the air, and then I noticed what looked like a scratch on the top of the screen. One of my students said that it looked like it had a crack so I removed the protective plastic, and noticed that there was indeed a thin crack on the upper part of the screen. I had my old iPhone for five years with not a single crack.

I purchased an iPhone 11. Has a screen protector, the screen is in perfect condition, and the phone looks as good as new. PLUS I traded in my Xbox oneS! It was a very smooth process, shipping was paid for, and the money went straight into my bank account. This is how a company should operate!!
