I fell and shattered my left hand. It was badly bruised and very painful. So I put a lidocaine patch and wrapped it with the bandage and it made a huge difference. I will buy this product again.

But doesn't last longer than a couple days before it starts folding over the edges and leaves a crease in your body. I've been using it on my wrist and it will leave a crease in the arm, cutting off the circulation, even though it's not real tight, but I do like it. I recommend it and it did help my arthritic wrist. I wore it constantly and it did help.
