The box arrived earlier than expected and was in good condition. The tools to install the chair were included. The wheels were difficult to set in but the rest of the installation went well. I liked the gloves included to protect your hands. I'm really happy I purchased this chair. The foot rest is amazing too. This is a very durable chair and should last a long time.
