It's perfect for us. Wanted 2 upper perches. Both of my cats use the basket and sleep on top. It's not for real large cats, mine are average. I liked that there was an escape hole above the kitty condo. Make sure you review measurements before buying. I looked at many trees before deciding on this one. It is smaller than my previous and fits better in my home. I got the lighter grey which matched our furnishings.
