Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these pre-cut strips on my knee and the results have been great. When using the strips I am able to get a good range of motion with my knee which without the strips was difficult. I have no knee pain while using the strips due to the targeted pain relief. My knee feels more supported when i use two strips than when I have used a sleeve. Once I placed the strips around my knee they stayed in place until I removed them. It was helpful to have a booklet that showed all the different ways you can use the strips for different parts of the body. Would definitely recommend this product to get relief for knee pain and needed support. It is helpful that the strips are water and sweat resistant.

Fantastic for your knees
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got CURAD performance series IRONMAN because I am a runner and my knees are starting to suffer from my long runs day after day. I started buying things that helped only a little bit, but when I got my CURAD it was like magic. I use them not only for my races but also when I have knee pain. I even gave some to my mum who suffers from arthritis. The size of the strips is perfect and they fit great. It prevents and alleviates the pain. I am so glad that I got it. It is a great kinesiology tape. I am so glad my running friends recommended it to me because now I cannot live without it. Importantly, you can keep it on for several days!!!

Just what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently underwent surgery for a bicep tendon tear and have been experimenting with KT tape to aid in recovery. I've noticed that the day after pt I'm not as sore or fatigued when using this product. I'll keep some on hand and keep using it and hopefully the results hold up
