Fuel Pureformance Olympic 2-inch Trap, Shrug, Deadlift Weight Bar (500 lb Weight Limit)

I got this product to get my Middle schooler into body building. This works perfectly for him, and I had to do some research on the equipments that I need to get to make it easy for him and minimize the chance of injuries for an amateur. THIS TRAP BAR DOES THAT! Oppose to conventional deadlifting and squats with barbell, that will make him prone to back injuries at a young age, this minimize bending too much, as the handle or grip are already elevated. The while thing came unassembled, but with manual to put them together. It also didn't come with tools tools for assembly, so you will need to have them. I advise two people put this together as ther are heavy. The assemply was pretty straight forward as it only needed 8 bolts and nuts to complete it. The materials used are nicely powerder coated and has a total net wt. of 28 lbs already. The quality of the build is excellent and the weight bar has rubberized collars to act as a buffer. It also came with a pair of outside collars to keep the weight plates in place, but for safety on unspotted workout, I asked my son to remove it. Overall a greay value product, as I got it on sale for less than $50! Can't beat that for the quality and safety benefit that you'll get from it.
