Great mix
It's a mix of sugar alternatives that act pretty much the same as normal sugar and provide some texture and integrity to the baked good. There's a touch of stevia in it, which usually leaves an aftertaste, but in this it's well balanced. The taste and quality of ingredients is great.

My new favorite! Just made a batch of "Chinese" donuts ie the donuts served at a Chinese buffet. Used a roll of biscuits ripped into 4 balls, spritzed with coconut oil, 3 mins each side at 350 in my airfryer. Rolled them in a bowl of this sweetner and voila! wow not fat-free but def a delicious sugar-free treat!
