I love it, because it has a tastes like sugar (unlike Stevia), but does not raise blood sugar like Splenda %26 the other sugar alternatives do. It's a 0 glycemic index. It's expensive, because it cannot be grown on the American Continents, but can only be grown in Eastern Asia %26 China. It is very long and difficult to extract the sugar, but the end result is the most healthy sugar alternative available, IMO.
