Whirlpool WMH78019HV - Microwave oven with convection - over-range - 1.9 cu. ft - 1100 W - black stainless steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4 years in, so far so good. Pretty good product, have used many of the program features like Soften Ice Cream earlier tonight. Also like the convection oven, tho the instructions on how to use it are pretty minimal. A couple issues: Unit was replacing an older GE unit, turns out this one was NOT designed to be installed with the door hinge side next to a wall. That is an obvious design flaw (a circular saw w/a diamond blade was involved to get the door open more than a little bit. Less difficult but ongoing: it keeps telling me to Clean or Replace Filters, they're fine / look like new, and have a tendency to fall out when you think they're reinstalled. Hope it lasts the 15 yrs+ the one it replaced did, is a quarter of the way there. Have gotten used to the 'song of the microwave' (tones that play when cook time is up)

Additionally, the unit lacks a quick start button that is found on most Microwave ovens. Not convenient as most uses are in the 5 minute and under category. Other than this, it seems okay.
