I have had three other brands of inflatable hot tubs over the years, and they would all shut down when the filter needed to be changed. The water turns cold fast. This one is nice because it keeps heating, but you won't be able to turn on the bubbles until the filters are changed. Having the blower built into the tub is nice, too, saving the time it takes to connect the pipes.

Decent Hot Tub
Overall a good product. Easy to set up once I realized the air hose and nozzle needed to be put together. That was not specified in the directions. The filter could be stronger but I think that's just how it is with inflatables. I do love how it is internal. It gives the hot tub a much cleaner look. Which was one reason we went with this tub. So far it has heated nicely although it takes awhile. We use an additional heater to assist. But it will hold the heat once reached. The hot tub itself is a good size and lots of space to stretch. The material is of moderate quality. Not as thick as brands like Intex. A big downfall was the cup holders. Even fully inflated, the cup holders are NOT MEANT for this hot tub. They do not fit on the sides and definitely do not stay if you even try to put something in them. This was a big disappointment for us as it would've been so useful. The cover snaps nicely for a secure fit. However, I wish the heat cover that sits in the hot tub was attached. Sitting on top of the water somewhat hinders the water movement so collecting oils at the top with a (not included) oil absorber doesn't work as well. If you are paying under $350 I would recommend. But if it's a matter of a $100 or so for the better brand I'd go with them. This hot tub does work. It does its job. I just like our previous Intex more. And it came with a cool light.

Here's the thing with this hottub, it's great til it's not. We bought the exact one almost a year ago to the day %26 it nearly lasted one year. Kept giving us a “SH” error message. That means a short, right? As in electrical short? Could not get help from the seller or warranty holder so they ended up refunding our full paid amount as a credit to our Walmart account, minus shipping and minus the cost of the warranty. Repurchased it, and of course again with the warranty. Must get the warranty! I love soaking in the hottub. Can fit 3 adults but tight squeeze. Was looking at buying a “real” hot tub but they are sooo expensive %26 didn't know how much we'd actually use it. Settled on this. The filters were tricky to find, but finally managed to do so. Wish I could tell you where from but I'd have to get that info from my husband %26 he's not around at the moment. $349.99 for the unit itself is the best price I've seen it at. That plus $43 Walmart Protection Plan by Allstate (which was $79 last year) plus $79.99 shipping (last year shipping was $39.99)
