So after owning this hot tub for 2 weeks I have to say it’s been the best purchase! My husband and I love it and have been in it every night! I have to say we feel like we’ve went though the filters but only because we’ve been trying to get the water chemistry just right! The tub holds the heat as long as the bubbles aren’t going otherwise it’ll drop about a degree every 5 mins! The bubbles use the outside air so depending on the outside temp it could hold or not hold the temp. As far as the rating for 2-4 people I feel as 3 people in this might be a squeeze! My son is 2.5 and also loves getting in this with his little floatie tube! Overall for the price this is a good deal! If you’re expecting an actual massage from this the bubbles aren’t strong enough for that but just the hot water feels relaxing! There is no light in this one like there is the 4-6 person one so we ended up getting a $14 light sent from Walmart that works just great as well! Overall for this being our first hot tub we’re pleased with it and already talking about saving up for a real hot tub some day!

Easy to setup. when i purchased i did not realize an extension cord was not an option according to the manufacturer. well, unfortunately, i bought an inglatable to keep cost down so i said f it. i sent it off a GCFI plug but with a 12g 25 foot extension. i figured one that thick and that short would have minimal effect on the pump. one week in i have thoroughly enjoyed it as well as my family. cost friendly way to test the "waters", no pun intended, of owning a hot tub before going for a permanent setup that costs thousands.
