Good product! What you see is what you get. It's quite a thin mat, but I prefer that in my yoga mats. Nice and sticky- you shouldn't lose grip with this mat. It's also quite long, which is nice if you're taller (which I am). Would recommend to a friend!

This is a great mat. I love the bright colors complementary colors. It is definitely on the thinner side, so if you have sensitive knees, you're going to want to use a blanket for extra cushion during certain poses.
