World's Best

The best gluten-free pasta in the world, maybe the best pasta of any kind. OK, a friend's mother's freshly-made egg pasta in northern Italy came close. Anyway, Banza Angel Hair's flavor is rich. I recommend it with pesto.

Banza is a game changer!

First of all I received my order VERY quickly. Nicely done. I absolutely love this pasta. I'm on an eating plan for weight loss that involves balancing protein and carbs. One of the things I've stayed away from is pasta - which, as an Italian, is very difficult. So I was thrilled to find Banza. I've tried the Cavatappi so far. One 2.5 oz serving with 4oz chicken and 1/2 c tomato sauce had about equal protein and carbs. But more importantly - it was both filling and delicious! Thank you so much for this product!

This pasta changed my life

I can truly mark my life in two parts: BB (before Banza) and AB (after Banza). I became gluten free in 2013 after discovering a wheat allergy and gluten intolerance that had perpetuated various medical issues. Banza is a miracle. I was never a huge fan of how nutritionally blah pasta is as it was (who is, I suppose!), so discovering a brand of gluten free pasta that also has more protein than carbs and still tastes great is astounding to me. I love using Banza to make GF Mac and cheese for family gatherings, or as a quick last minute dinner mixed in with veggies or sausage. Cannot say enough good things about Banza! I'm a fan for life.
