Falling apart

I bought this for my son for Christmas as a daily watch. He loved it and wears it everyday. The band is already falling apart less than 4 weeks of use. It also arrived in a sketch ripped box.

This watch doesn't work. Either the battery In it is no good. Or they never put a battery in it! Mistake to buy from this company. I'm sending the watch back of course! For a refund.

If the watch isn’t working, we recommend returning it directly to the point of sale as soon as possible for a refund or replacement. Just to clarify—once the plastic guard around the crown is removed and the crown is fully pushed in toward the watch case, the second hand should start moving. If it doesn’t, the watch may have a battery issue or a defect.
