Easy to use, goes far & it's beautiful to look at.

I bought two different "Hammered" colors for two different Jobs. I am extremely impressed! used hammered silver to paint two brand new 6.0 power stroke heads. I didn't read anything cautionary ,(Except the fire Hazzard if the paint isn't dry no don't compact the can, through it in a fire, you know, common sense stuff. So, I painted them! I was impressed. Not only did it dress up the engine but, the color is no darker then the day I painted. I hit the sides of the heads and valves. Had a little bit left over so, I hit the valve covers. This paint also goes pretty far so, I removed the manifold and hit that too. It was late and the dogs needed to be fed and I let everything dry so, I came back in the Am. Slapped everything back together. I fired the truck up and let her warm up. Almost six weeks later sitting on a hot compression engine. I didn't know if it would hold up to engine heat. Well, guess what? It does.. I'm impressed! This hammered silver paint did the job! I didn't need to do it but, it looks fantastic! Still had a pinch leftover in the spray can so, 10 weeks later, I hit the turbo.

Follow the instructions and you will be fine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Krylon Fusion all in one Hammered Silver on the mirror brackets on my 94 Bronco. The brackets were getting pretty rough and rusty. I used a wire wheel and cleaned them off as best as I could then I ended up applying four coats of the hammered until I got the texture that I wanted. I could have done it in less coats maybe if I'd been more careful but I was picky about getting all of them to look the same. I know this isn't what they looked like from the factory but I didn't care about that. This is a nice look on the brackets that hold the arm of the mirrors. I finished with the acrylic clear over top. Not sure how long that will last but it's easy to take apart and try again. I think I like this hammered paint best because it does hide imperfections if you have any on your surface. Thanks

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this on our silver metal mailbox. As it gets weathered and people trying to hit it off the post, it takes a lot of beatings. It is heavy so it doesn't get dented either. We sand it lightly and spray it with Fusion All-In-One Hammered look and it turns out great! It withstands the hot Georgia sun!
