This has great texture. We
This has great texture. We ordered it previously and my grandson really enjoyed it. He had cancer several years ago and the chemo damaged his pancreas. The doctors had him go on the keto diet to keep him from becoming a full blown diabetic, this was given another side and/or main dish option.

I have tried all kinds
I have tried all kinds of low carb pastas, I love to make my own soups. I tried these orzo’s and they are the best! I have to cook them a little longer for the texture I want but it is worth the wait!! It now completes my soup. I think if you are looking for good texture and flavor you don’t have to look no further. Please try it, you won’t be sorry.

Excellent choice!!
This is the closest thing to a low carb rice that I buy! It has the almost identical taste and texture of rice but the main winning point for me is that is doesn’t swell up in my belly, is lower in carbs and didn’t come packaged in water like some other brands. This stores the same as dry shelf stable rice.
