Our trademarked CoziLOFT fibers are much finer than market standards so they feel more comfortable and soft. These fibers also work to prevent lumping which helps to maintain the bed’s comfortable, round shape over time. The bed’s base is dirt and water resistant, protecting your floor from accidental messes. To make cleaning quick and hassle-free, we’ve made the entire bed machine washable. WALMART LIES.
Walmart managers promised me a full refund for the complete $63 order after all the incredible customer service issues I had with this order. The first box arrived open and damaged. It was too large to return. Walmart promised to re-route the second part of the order and failed to do so. The box arrived open and damaged as well. After numerous calls, I was promised I would be refunded for the entire order and I could dispose of the beds. The refund still hasn't happened after multiple calls. I'm contesting the charge on my credit card. SHAME ON WALMART. You a fraudulent criminal company. Dog owners beware. Walmart fails at fulfillment and customer service.
