Comparing it to the ultra liner

This eyeliner was suggested to me. I was told it was similar to the ultra liner that was recently discontinued. I had been using ultra liner for 30 plus years. The tattoo liner has less product in it. It does have a shine to it that the ultra liner does not have. It is not as durable and it cracks as the day goes on. The applicator is not a brush. It kind of skips on my skin when I'm applying it. I hope this helps someone that is desperately trying to find a replacement for the ultra liner like I am.

Eyeliner does not stay on and flakes off

I bought this eyeliner because it looks long lasting and I like the brown shade. Unfortunately the product applies so unevenly and flakes off in less than 2 hours. I swatched it on the back of my hand and it easily comes off with water like a string. Cannot wear this eyeliner because it will crumble into little flakes so bad
