Causing eye infections constantly

I bought this eye liner two weeks ago. It's actually ticking off all other great features such as intense black, nice shaper, a wow look, smudge proof and easy to put on, and remove too. But the product is so liquidy (i.e. too thin) and it flows into my eyes. So I have been having a good amount of the liner in eyes causing infections, redness, irritation. This is not acceptable, I have been on eye drops for almost a week now! The eye liner may take a minute or two to dry off but it also drips into the eyes!! PLEASE change your formulation to be just a little thicker and faster drying!

Eyeliner does not stay on and flakes off

I bought this eyeliner because it looks long lasting and I like the brown shade. Unfortunately the product applies so unevenly and flakes off in less than 2 hours. I swatched it on the back of my hand and it easily comes off with water like a string. Cannot wear this eyeliner because it will crumble into little flakes so bad
