Excellent cookware
The cookware design is very attractive. The aluminum/copper base distributes heat very evenly. Cookware sits securely on a glass cooktop and does not move when stirring like lighter, cheaper cookware will do. And they come with a lid which fits both pieces which is a rarity with many other brands. Clean-up is very easy with very little scrubbing required. And the price is a great value for cookware of this quality. I am very pleased with it and will buy more in the future.

I searched extensively for quality pans that work WELL with my induction glasstop and I tested these out of the box with water to see if I needed to return them - they heated evenly throughout most of the pan and held heat appropriately with no scorching or hot spots. They are truly non-stick and very easy to wipe clean. They are heavy but not too, well made and attractive, and I expect to own them for a long time. I especially like the raised dome lid so I can put a whole chicken in. BEAUTIFUL PANS!!
