Comfortable and roomy. The seat is wider to accommodate wider, hips, in addition to being quite plush. The massage feature isn't as strong as I thought it would be, but it's not bad at all, actually. large, comfortable seat, and it has massage (it vibrates). i weigh 800 lbs so i needed a seat with some room and since im only 2'6" tall it had to be able to take a large rear end. It is difficult to find thing that fit my rear but this chair does wonderfully. Assembly is required and the chair itself has a large signature but it rolls sufficiently. I recommend this chair.
