The Little Cart that Could!

I like it. I put the wheels on it after greasing the axel. The wider offset of the wheel goes towards the frame, and the smaller offset gets the plastic washer and cotter pin. Helps to have some wire cutters to grab the two ends and bend out and away from one another. You'll need channel lock pliers to fit the large caster nut, and hold them while tightening the smaller top nut. I like the wheels. They roll nice and quiet. It takes a bit of strength to pull the cords that unlock the sides to raise and lower them. Sturdy construction, and well-designed. Just the right weight. I configured it as a hand truck, and attached it to my bicycle's rear bike rack to run down to pick up a small grocery order. I strapped a large cooler to it for the groceries. The cart made the short trip up and back fine. I'm planning on making a tow arm to attach the cart to my bike's tow hitch at the rear axel. I believe it work out just fine for grocery runs. It will be in dolly configuration after I make the tow arm. This little cart is more than able.
