. Let's Get Cooking.. Easy: hand wash, dry, rub with cooking oil. Unparalleled in heat retention and even heating. At home in the oven, on the stove, on the grill or over the campfire. Electric, Gas, Glass, Induction, Oven, Campfire. Seasoning is simply oil baked into the iron, giving you a natural easy-release finish that will improve with each use. Dishwashers, metal scouring pads, and harsh detergents can harm the finish. If this happens, you can revive your seasoning. Cast iron is at home on any heat source, indoors or out, except for the microwave. Be sure to lift your pan when moving it on a glass top stove. Use any utensils you like, even metal. Heat and cool your pan gradually for added longevity. Protect your mitts, these handles get hot. Add a little extra oil the first few uses-some foods can be stubborn on new cookware.

I like this pan very much it's already pre-seasoned so that makes it easy to use I have made chicken in it and it was very delicious I would recommend this pan to anyone but the way it was shipped to me was terrible the box was all broken the handle was sticking out of the box because the pan was bigger than the box I thinkWalmart has to find a better way to ship this the handle was quite scratched from sticking out of the box

The skillet can be used on the stove top or in oven . the slillet mimicks grill markings on ur favor steaks. this is a great buy for a long time because theee price is very affordable and you'll get your money back with this one for sure to help the pan last you must after washing the skillet you just meed warm soap and water then, once its dry you need to add some oil it can be any oil that you cook with and oil ur pan really well before storing. THIS keeps ur care for the skillet up and this can last you till the day you on to ne 99 yrs old . well i hope to be gracefully still using at that age ! 😉
