Itching for a scratch

My son picked this set for Christmas and he was excited!! We take it out foe the box and there are scratched on them... Including the smaller one's wrapped in plastic and who rolled the medium bad outside??? I am NOT happy with this purchase because of the scratches and all, but it made my son smile?!? It will be too late to find another set he looks before Christmas.. We reached out to the seller twice with no reply.. Y'all really put me in an messed up position 3rd party seller!
