Overall we're extremely happy with the end result. The journey was rocky and frustrating re: shipping. It took weeks to receive and while we thought we had plenty of time for a BestBuy geek squad install, the order went missing with FedEx - how do THREE large boxes go M.I.A. After receiving an email that item would be delivered by 10.28.20 - still did not have it 1 1/2 weeks later! Meble agent suggested waiting another week and when I pushed back because of tech install appt that would have been rescheduled in January - to Meble's credit, they did ship 'another' order which was received within 1-2 days. Since we rarely assemble furniture - it was definitely a project to assemble, did come together and we were only missing crystals . . . assembly crew swore they weren't in the box. Now, we're noticing that the top shelf appears to be warped. Will follow-up with Meble on next steps re: warping (i.e. what they need for proof, how to resolve). I did put in a claim for missing crystals and have a tracking # for shipment from company. Overall, it's a great looking product - nicely finished and well designed. I just had a sectional sofa delivered today for this room - and while it's very nice to have something delivered and set up . . . . this vast furniture store had nothing like this Euro-styled piece, which I would add is fabulous for smaller rooms - very space efficient. So BRAVO to Meble for offering fine products at decent prices to those of us who prefer Euro-contemporary!
