First, it's my favorite color. Then, it arrived, and I was impressed. It's not a cheaply made butter dish. It's heavier glass. The lid fits perfectly. The only thing I don't like is that the butter knife just sits on top of the lid. I would like to have seen it 'snap' in place. Overall, still impressed and happy with my purchase.

Awesome butter dish!

Love this butter holder! Much cleaner than the dish butter holders with lid, which I found to be messy as the butter would stick to the cover! I like how this butter holder is deep and the butter doesn't stick to the lid. Not to mention it holds two butter sticks side by side. I removed the silicone seal on the lid as it made the lid not sit properly on the dish and was not needed. I purchased the black one and it looks great on my kitchen counter!
