This extra virgin olive oil is very fragrant.  This is a deep golden yellow color and is not a light oil.  Whether I cooked vegetables or put a base down for turkey burgers I did not experience any food sticking.  A very little oil did cover the bottom of a heated pan so it never made my vegetables seem soggy or oil logged.  I liked that it came in a thin circular bottle which was easy to hold in my hand.  I did find that the lid did have several threads so while I twisted the cap on it took several twists and often I did not close it completely between uses.

The My Land Extra Virgin Greek Olive Oil, from a Small Family Farm, Manaki 16.9 Fl Oz is in a Glass Bottle. The flavor does not overpower the food I cook and it is appropriate for bread dipping too!. I really enjoyed this as I prefer a non bitter taste and this is very smooth and easy to eat. It cooks at a good temp and did not smoke during a hot chicken and onion stir fry. I recommend this product 5 stars for ease of use, genuine flavor and smooth consistency.
