It took forever to assemble. The holes don't really line up so you'll have to tear some of the fabric to find them. I never really got the leg rest on, but for a cheap chair it's good

within a week of getting this chair and not even using it daily it started to randomly sink to the floor like the gas cartridge was getting old. also very unhappy with the footstool as it is pretty much useless. the pictures all show it tucked nicely against the seat or out and ready for you to use. reality is that it hangs perpendicular to the chair and is useless as a foot rest. i would not recommend anyone buy this chair and i will most likely be returning mine
