Never received
I am a current user of Queen of the Fill and love it. However, my recent order of November, 2020 was never received. I receive updates everyday from USPS that package is in various facilities in every borough of NY. The post office nor Elizabeth Mott customer service has not returned my phone calls to rectify this issue. I plan to contact my credit card provider to get my money back .

Simply amazing!
Absolutely love this product. It fills in my brows without making them look drawn on. Easy to use, though it takes a little practice. The colors are a little darker than I expected, so I have to order the lightest shade (blonde) so my brows aren’t much darker than my strawberry blonde hair. Other than that, this product is perfect! Also love the cruelty-free aspect of Elizabeth Mott products.

Love, love, love this eyebrow gel!
I purchased this for the first time a couple of weeks ago and am obsessed. This product has the right color saturation while still looking natural. I purchased the medium dark and I am a dark brunette Amerasian with wispy brows. This was even better than a leading competitor. Just purchased a backup tube. Five stars all the way!
