I had to have help getting the wheels on. I had to have a co-worker put them on. when sitting in the seat it seems to wobble ever so slightly, and makes me feel it is not as stable as I prefer, but I will get used to it, because the size of the seat is perfect for this big woman. It would also be nice to offer a high back option to rest my head.

Good chair, great value, funky arm rest.
The chair is comfortable for an all day home office (8 hrs/day). The only thing odd are the arm rests, as they adjust too much. You're used to the arm rest going up and down, but these also slide back and forth and twist slightly in and out. It can make it more difficult to grab them to help stand up, as they can shift. But the chair itself is very comfortable and a great value.
