    These underware are very comfortable, are soft and cover well. They have a high belt, which helps keep the belly “in place”. as for the size, I thought it was a little big, because it was a little big on me and I bought it in the size I'm used to in other brands, but they are very good.

    If you're looking for actual full coverage, these are a winner. I love wearing these with my high waisted leggings. My cheeks do not hang out of them at all. The fabric is soft and they didn't seem to shrink in the dryer at all. The inner elastic part of waistband is about 1/2 inch thick. I would say order your normal size. They are true to size, at least for me.
